After taking home the title in 2024, this year’s win feels like the icing on the cake and they are beyond grateful for the continued support.

One half of the powerhouse duo behind Prove is Anna—a natural extrovert with a deep-rooted love for working with people.

While her early hospitality experience began during her university days (studying law and commerce, no less), Anna went on to build a successful career as a litigation lawyer, practicing for over ten years across Adelaide and Sydney.

But life evolves and so did Anna’s passion.

With two young children in tow and her days of interstate legal work behind her, she decided to scratch that entrepreneurial itch and pour her energy into something fresh and fulfilling.

Her "jack of all trades" mindset and business acumen are now the perfect counterbalance to Megs’ pastry magic, allowing Prove to grow and thrive.

Together, they’re more than a bakery. They are Prove.
