Christmas has well and truly arrived in Norwood with sparkle you can see from space!
Norwood Memorial Gardens is aglow with giant gold stars—an eye-catching installation that’s already becoming the go-to backdrop for holiday photos.
Whether you’re taking a festive family portrait, a selfie with friends, or capturing that perfect twilight shot, the display is ready to make your moments shine.
Located in front of Norwood Oval on The Parade, the stars will be lighting up the season until 5 January 2026, offering plenty of time to wander through, enjoy and soak up the Christmas cheer.
Don’t forget to snap your Christmas photos and share them on Facebook or Instagram. Tag #cityofnpsp to share your experience and help spread the festive spirit across the community.
After enjoying a meal, drink, or sweet treat from one of the many venues along The Parade, a twilight stroll through the Memorial Gardens is the perfect way to finish your evening.
The lights come alive at dusk—soft, golden and irresistibly Christmassy.
