Discover free programs at your local library
Our Libraries are more than places to borrow books — they’re welcoming community hubs offering a wide range of free programs for all ages, designed to support learning, connection and confidence.
From early literacy sessions for little ones to practical digital skills for adults, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this term.
Story Time — Where Stories Begin
Story Time is a fun, interactive early literacy session for children aged 18 months to 3 years and their carers.
Through stories, songs and playful learning, children build language skills, curiosity and social confidence while families connect in a warm, welcoming library environment.
Baby Time — Sing, Play and Connect
Baby Time is a gentle, engaging session filled with songs, rhymes and shared reading for babies and their carers.
The program supports early language, listening and literacy development, while encouraging meaningful connections with other families in the community.
Online Safety Explained — Be Safer on the Internet
Want to feel more confident online? This practical workshop covers easy, stress-free ways to manage passwords, keep devices secure and spot scams before it’s too late.
A great session for anyone wanting to stay safe while still leveraging the benefits of the digital world.
