Big wins for small business at Eastside Business Awards
23/04/2026
Nine local businesses were crowned winners of the 2026 Eastside Business Awards at a celebration at Norwood Concert Hall on Wednesday 22 April.
This year’s Eastside Business Awards attracted more than 700 business nominations from across the community, a clear reflection of the strong support for celebrating local success.
Since 2018, the Awards have showcased the very best the eastside has to offer—from retailers, cafés and restaurants to food and beverage producers, professional services, venues and independent small businesses.
Each year, the program continues to grow, shining a spotlight on the diversity and strength of the local business community.
More than just an awards program, the Eastside Business Awards recognise the people behind the businesses—the operators and staff who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Being named a finalist is a meaningful endorsement from the community; a signal that a business is truly making an impact.
Even receiving a nomination is an achievement in itself, offering businesses the opportunity to reflect on their journey, celebrate their success and make plans for continued excellence.
“On behalf of the Council, I extend my sincere congratulations to all winners and finalists in this year’s Eastside Business Awards.” Mayor Robert Bria says.
“Your dedication, passion and commitment to excellence is what makes our community such a vibrant and thriving place.
“Being recognised by your peers and the community is a significant achievement, and you should be incredibly proud.”
