Have you spotted our mischievous Christmas elves?

Christmas has arrived in the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters and our mischievous elves are up to all sorts of festive fun!

With Norman and Nelly from Norwood and Peter and Poppy from Payneham, our elves take inspiration from the suburbs and the City’s acronym (NPSP) — noting S is always for Santa!

These little troublemakers are popping up at Christmas events, Council venues and other secret locations across the City.

But there’s a catch — they’re not always easy to find!

Keep your eyes peeled when you’re out enjoying the City’s festive celebrations. If you spot one of our mischievous elves, snap a photo and share it on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @cityofnpsp for your chance to win a $100 gift voucher.

When you discover Norman and Nelly, Peter and Poppy we’d love to see your Christmas adventures.

How to enter

1. Find one of our mischievous elves at a Christmas event or secret location across the City.
2. Take a photo of your festive discovery.
3. Share your photo on Instagram or Facebook and tag @cityofnpsp.

Entries close 5pm,Thursday 31 December 2026.*

So, keep your eyes open, get snapping and help us spread a little Christmas mischief throughout the City!
