What if the most powerful stories in the library weren't on the shelves?
The Living Library offers a unique opportunity to engage in conversation with people who share their lived experiences, perspectives and personal stories.
Much like borrowing a book, participants can select a 'living book' and spend time in respectful, one-to-one dialogue. The experience is designed to encourage curiosity, challenge assumptions, and promote understanding through genuine human connection.
Free, bookings required.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Living Library invites you to listen, learn and take part in meaningful conversations that build empathy, reduce stigma and strengthen community connections - one story at a time.
