City-Wide Cycling Plan

The Council's City-Wide Cycling Plan contains strategies and prioritised actions to improve our popular cycling routes, make critical road crossings safer and increase the number of end-of trip cycling facilities.

Community Land Management Plans

The Council holds a variety of parks and reserves, sporting facilities and community facilities throughout the City as ‘Community Land’ under the Local Government Act 1999.

Each of the Council's Community Land Management Plans contain information about that type of Community Land, a City-wide location map, and the Council’s management objectives, strategies and performance targets for that land.

Community Survey

The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters conducts a community survey every two years to establish how the Council is performing on a number of key indicators.

 

Corporate Emissions Reduction Plan 2020-2030

The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters recognises that we are experiencing a state of rapid climate change which requires strong action by all levels of government and is  committed to improving environmental sustainability outcomes, planning for and mitigating the impacts of climate change and creating a more sustainable community.

Dog & Cat Management Plan

The Council’s 2019-2024 Dog & Cat Management Plan includes strategies to manage dogs and cats across our City and sets out how the Council’s responsibilities under the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 will be addressed over the five-year life of the Plan. The 2019-2024 Dog & Cat Management Plan came into effect on 23 February 2019.

Economic Development Strategy 2021-2026

The Economic Development Strategy 2021-2026 is a five year Strategy developed by the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters to support the growth of the City’s business sectors, promote the City as a destination with dynamic and vibrant precincts, encourage innovation and investment, and make it easy to do business.

Kent Town Economic Growth Strategy 2020–2025

The Kent Town Economic Growth Strategy 2020-2025 demonstrates the Council’s ongoing commitment to recognise and celebrate Kent Town as an innovative and creative neighbourhood in which to invest and do business.

Kent Town Public Realm Manual

The Kent Town Public Realm Manual is a design guide for Kent Town’s streets. It includes a palette of paving materials, furniture, trees and plants which are proposed to be used for future planning, design and capital works.
